Richard gives his background in academia as an expert in both computing and cybersecurity and discusses the advancements in quantum computing and how it will be able to crack existing cryptographic standards. However, innovation always continues and new methods to encrypt data will be created.

On this week’s Cyber-tip, Keith discusses the ongoing issues with vulnerable apps in app stores such as Google Play or Apple. A recent study noted that over 42 apps in Google’s app store had vulnerabilities.
